Mazenation
Refund Policy

At Mazenation, we want our guests to book with confidence. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds are available for Mazenation Festival 2026.

1. Headliner Cancellations
If one or more advertised headliner artists cancels and no suitable replacement of similar stature is provided, guests are entitled to a full refund of their booking fee.

If a replacement headliner of equal or greater standing is confirmed, refunds will not apply.

2. Travel Inability
If a guest cannot attend due to official travel restrictions (e.g., government travel bans, border closures, or flight cancellations outside the guest’s control), Mazenation will issue a full refund upon receiving proof of the restriction.

If a guest cancels for personal reasons (e.g., illness, change of plans), they may claim a refund only if they provide official documentation (doctor’s note, flight cancellation notice, etc.).

3. Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event that Mazenation Festival 2026 is fully cancelled, all guests will receive a 100% refund of booking fees paid.

4. Force Majeure
If the event cannot take place due to circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, or acts of war), Mazenation will refund 70% of the booking fee. The remaining 30% will cover unavoidable production and venue costs already incurred.

5. Partial Refunds
No partial refunds will be issued for missed days, late arrivals, or early departures once the festival has begun.

6. Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@mazenation.com, within 14 days of the qualifying event (e.g., cancellation, travel restriction).
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days to the original payment method.

7. Non-Refundable Items
Flights, independent accommodation, and meals purchased outside of Mazenation packages are not refundable by Mazenation. Guests are encouraged to secure their own travel insurance for added protection.
